Sauna Guidance

Water Safety Scotland has produced two complimentary guidance documents, one for sauna users and one for sauna providers. The documents promote the Water Safety Code and provide practical safety advice for those using or operating saunas, particularly where cold water immersion may also take place. These resources were developed through a Task and Finish group with members of Water Safety Scotland's Communications Subgroup. 

These documents are free to download and Water Safety Scotland encourages them to be shared to all relevant organisations and individuals across Scotland.
